1. 为了防止因灭弧室、熔断器的故障,而影响其它回路的正常运行,在灭弧室前安装了可见的隔离断口,并且分成两部分安装在不同的隔室内,出现问题时,就可以安全放心的进行维护和检修,而其它回路还可正常的工作,提高了用户的工作效率,方便维护和检修。且熔断器与隔离开关分别安装在开关的左右,更换熔断器时,分开灭弧室打开隔离开关后,高压侧与检修人员有充足的安全距离,更加方便和安全。
2. 灭弧室采用固封极柱,采用的固封极柱系通过先进的自动压力凝胶工艺(APG),将真空灭弧室和主回路其它零件直接固封在环氧树脂内,这不仅美化了极柱的装配工艺,防止真空灭弧室导电回路连接螺栓由于运行中的振动而导致的松动,提高了可靠性,而且使真空灭弧室外表面而不受外部机械力和外部环境(如灰尘、潮气、污秽、高海拔、小动物)的影响,进一步改善了极柱的电场分布状况。
3. 负荷开关与隔离开关独立动作,但两者具有可靠的机械连锁,防止了误操作的发生。
4. 安装了专用的弹簧操动机构,合闸功靠储能弹簧来保证,既可电动又可手动储能,省力便捷,还能实现自动化控制。
